Solutions for locomotives and cargo tanks
The implementation of fuel control management system for train locomotives was not possible until now due to lack of a reliable and accurate measurement of the volume of fuel in the tanks. Our solution provides complete and efficient fuel control, thanks to special technology that combines two unique elements: a fuel level sensor, along with special software to eliminate measurement fluctuations caused by movement of fuel in the tank; inclination; temperature changes, and more.
We offer total fuel control, indicating the level in the tank at any given time, detecting and reporting on events such as refueling and fuel lost, indicating the time, quantity and location, also sending alerts about events to the PC in the office and mobile phones. This feature is included in the overall management system, which includes tracking data; routes; speeds, and various reports and statistics. La medición continua del nivel de combustible está permitido mediante la conección al flotador original del motor o mediante sensores dedicados
Un sistema apropiado debe ser seleccionado para cada sitio específico, dependiendo de las características tales como las dimensiones del tanque, rango de nivel de combustible, tipo de combustible (ej. Explosivo o no), rango de temperatura y más.
La comunicación inalámbrica basada en GSM provee una solución global, práctica y económica de monitoreo en un área grande.
Mediante el vínculo a sistemas de medición de nivel con un modem GSM local sobre interfases digitales o análogas (4-10 mA) suministradas en cada lugar.
El análisis de datos es hecho a la medida para identificar fugas de combustible a largo plazo, robo, consumo inadecuado de combustible por un generador entre otros.
El sistema también puedes ser sincronizado para identificar sabotaje contra los equipos de monitoreo del sitio.
El análisis de datos también optimiza el balance entre alarma falsas y latencias.
